certification statement should be signed in the presence of a notary representative, so
as notary witnesses the signature.

American Translators Association (ATA) certification is one of the most recognized
credentials for translators in the industry to have and most common measure of
competence for translation in the U.S. Hence, if you see that translator is ATA certified
